Lots of articles warn about epoxy floors that yellow or lift under hot tires. That's why our flake floors use a moisture vapor barrier (MVB) epoxy base with a polyaspartic top coat. The base locks onto the slab, and the top coat is built to stop hot-tire pickup and yellowing.
